COVID-19 Information

As we navigate the COVID‑19 pandemic together, you can count on us to keep you informed and guide you to the care that you need.

Please review our COVID-19 policies below before making an appointment.

For the Safety of Clients and Staff

In preparation for your visit, we ask that you review the procedures we have put in place to keep our clients and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

All staff and clients will wear masks in our clinic. We will provide you with a mask if you do not have one.

  • All clients must use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility.
  • Clients will observe strict social distancing guidelines when in the welcome area of the clinic.
  • All clients will be required to answer questions COVID-19 screening questions prior to your visit.
  • Clients are not allowed to bring a companion to the appointment.
  • Individuals that enter the clinic are asked to come alone unless a companion is considered necessary for the visit.
  • We will not be performing COVID-19 testing at The Good Clinic.
  • If a client is requesting care for upper respiratory infection symptoms or has any COVID-19 symptoms, a telehealth visit may be recommended and/or you may be directed to a local testing site.
  • We offer telehealth visits as an option.
  • We are providing care for you in compliance with CDC guidelines.
